I.      SCOPE OF ADVERTISING SERVICE

A.    Male Band Will provide Advertiser space for advertising in it's program book to be published and user at it's Band Contest on October 1,2005.  Advertiser may

            select ad sizes and fee choice as indicates in the Add Information section.

    NOTE: Those desiring to use ad space with coupon specials, may do so with the purchase of a business card ad, or larger.

1.    Male Band does not guarantee the location of the Advertiser's ad inside the program book.

2.    It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to provide as copy to Male Band for the program book by September 16,2005.  

II.    FEES AND COMPENSATION

    Advertiser agrees to pay Male Band all fees for advertising at the time this agreement is signed.  Payment must be made by check and payable to "MALE HIGH SCHOOL BAND 

    CONTEST".

II.    COMPLETE AGREEMENT

    Male Band and Advertiser mutually agree that this Advertising Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.
